Legal and financial matters often go hand in hand. Bequests, trust funds and damages settlements may need to be invested. Older clients may require advice on organising their finances so as to ensure an adequate income with the lowest possible tax charge for themselves and their estates. They may also wish to consider the benefits of Equity Release and Long Term Care. Clients coping with the problems of divorce may require advice on the division of assets and the protection of children's interests, again with an eye to tax efficiency. Clients approaching retirement, selling their businesses or considering their retirement options are perhaps in the most immediate need of comprehensive financial, tax planning and legal advice.

In short :

  • the solicitor, accountant and Professional Financial Centre (East Midlands) Limited work together for benefit of the client both at the outset and more importantly throughout the relationship.
